Izu serves as a Partner at DealHQ Partners, a boutique transaction advisory firm in Nigeria, where he leads the Capital Market and Corporate & Regulatory practices, and heads the Abuja office. He has provided strong and dynamic leadership, contributing to the firm’s IFLR ranking and recognition as a go-to firm for complex regulatory matters.
In addition to his leadership roles, Izu is a Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) licensed Capital Market consultant; member of Nigeria Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL); Faculty Member of Box Office Hub Entrepreneurship Training Academy (BETA) and the Coordinator of BGC Business Incubation Hub Abuja where he deploys his skills to in the support of startup businesses.
