Ashwin is a Managing Associate at Prism Chambers and heads the Transactions team at the firm. He has previously worked for more than a decade in top tier law firms in Mauritius and more recently as corporate legal adviser at the head office of Ciel Group, one of the biggest conglomerates in Mauritius. Ashwin’s time as an in-house lawyer has given him considerable insight on the operational aspects of a business.
